Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)22.5 ml
- Grapefruit Juice30 ml
- Agave syrup5 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Add reposado tequila, amaro (e.g. montenegro), grapefruit juice, and agave syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
