Ingredients
- 55ml New make spirit
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Pandan sugar syrup20 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 dash
- Pimento bitters2 dash
Method
- Add 55ml new make spirit, fresh lemon juice, pandan sugar syrup, saline solution 4:1, and pimento bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
