- fresh Mint leaves12
- Fresh Lime Juice45 ml
- Apple juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
- Top up with Lemon-lime soda
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh lime juice, apple juice, rich simple syrup, and top up with lemon-lime soda
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
