Ingredients
- Everleaf Marine50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- fresh Mint leaves10
- Sparkling Water25 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add everleaf marine, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
