- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Orange Liqueur30 ml

- Dry-shake salt, pint chilled water, egg white (pasteurised), reposado tequila, fresh lime juice, and orange liqueur in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
