Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila45 ml
- Orange Liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add blanco tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
