Ingredients
- Reposado Tequila45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Nonino)15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Braulio)15 ml
- Oloroso sherry15 ml
- Grapefruit bitters6 drop
Method
- Add reposado tequila, amaro (e.g. nonino), amaro (e.g. braulio), oloroso sherry, and grapefruit bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
