- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water105 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh lemon juice and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
