Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy50 ml
- Dry Vermouth20 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Gentian liqueur5 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, dry vermouth, elderflower liqueur, gentian liqueur, and absinthe to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
