Ingredients
- Ruby port45 ml
- Calvados apple brandy22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake ruby port, calvados apple brandy, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupette glass
