Ingredients
- Cucumber (fresh)3 slice
- pinch Salt1
- Mezcal30 ml
- Gentian liqueur22.5 ml
- Brown sugar syrup7.5 ml
- Grapefruit Juice7.5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cucumber (fresh), mezcal, gentian liqueur, brown sugar syrup, and grapefruit juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch salt
