Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg (white and yolk)1 whole
- Ginger ale45 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled wine glass
- Top with ginger ale
