Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)37.5 ml
- Oloroso sherry10 ml
- Pear liqueur10 ml
- Poire William5 ml
- Abbott's bitters2 drop
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), oloroso sherry, pear liqueur, poire william, and abbott's bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
