Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
- Mead22.5 ml
- Gentian liqueur5 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, mead, and gentian liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
