Ingredients
- Mezcal25 ml
- Peated malt whisky15 ml
- Kummel liqueur7.5 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry7.5 ml
- Liquorice bitters4 drop
Method
- Add mezcal, peated malt whisky, kummel liqueur, pedro ximénez sherry, and liquorice bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
