- Absinthe5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake pisco, absinthe, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
