- Reposado Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add reposado tequila, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
