Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)50 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Bonbon syrup15 ml
- Pomegranate juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Medium dry cider30 ml
- Aphrodite Bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), fresh lemon juice, bonbon syrup, pomegranate juice, egg white (pasteurised), medium dry cider, and aphrodite bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
