Ingredients
- Fino sherry15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Peach schnapps30 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc wine30 ml
- Plum brandy30 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add fino sherry, pedro ximénez sherry, peach schnapps, sauvignon blanc wine, plum brandy, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
