Ingredients
- Cognac2 oz
- Orgeat Syrup0.5 oz
- Angostura Bitters3 dashes
- Lemon Peel1 twist
Method
- Add cognac, orgeat, and bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with lemon peel, expressed over drink
