Ingredients
- Rosolio Bergamotto45 ml
- Grapefruit Juice22.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Sparkling Water22.5 ml
Method
- Add rosolio bergamotto, grapefruit juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
