Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
- Orange flower water6 drop
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, orgeat syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with orange flower water
