Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila45 ml
- Orange Liqueur10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)5 ml
- Water5 ml
- Margarita Bitters4 drop
Method
- Dry-shake blanco tequila, orange liqueur, rich simple syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), water, and margarita bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
