Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Orange Liqueur30 ml
- Dry Vermouth22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), orange liqueur, dry vermouth, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
