Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice90 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, vanilla sugar syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and aromatic bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
