Ingredients

  • Hibiscus Tea Concentrate2 oz
  • Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
  • Simple Syrup0.5 oz
  • Soda Water3 oz
  • Dried Hibiscus Flower1 piece

Method

  1. Pour hibiscus tea concentrate into collins glass with ice
  2. Add lime juice and simple syrup
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Stir
  5. Garnish with dried hibiscus flower

Pro Tips

  • Dried hibiscus flowers (sorrel, jamaica) from a Latin market beat any tea-bag version.
  • Steep hot, chill overnight — cold steeping alone doesn't extract the full color.
  • A pinch of cinnamon in the concentrate rounds the tart edges.
