Ingredients
- Applejack brandy45 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Meletti)22.5 ml
- Vermouth amaro (Pun.)15 ml
- Honey and water syrup5 ml
- Lavender bitters6 drop
Method
- Add applejack brandy, amaro (e.g. meletti), vermouth amaro (pun.), honey and water syrup, and lavender bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
