Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy40 ml
- Apricot liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Dry cider30 ml
- Ginger beer30 ml
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, apricot liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and dry cider to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
