- Calvados apple brandy60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Add calvados apple brandy, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
