- fresh Green grapes (seedless)8
- fresh Mint leaves5
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Muddle in rocks glass
- Add fresh green grapes (seedless), cognac (brandy), and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
