Ingredients
- Grand Marnier60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake grand marnier, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
