Ingredients
- Fino sherry40 ml
- Elderflower liqueur30 ml
- Pisco5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add fino sherry, elderflower liqueur, pisco, fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
