Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Black raspberry liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Rose water2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cognac (brandy), black raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, rose water, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
