- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Ginger beer105 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh lime juice and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
