Ingredients
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Ginger beer60 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
