- Pisco1.5 oz
- Elderflower Liqueur0.5 oz
- Fresh Cucumber Juice0.75 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Egg White1 piece
- Angostura Bitters3 drops
Method
- Dry-shake pisco, elderflower, cucumber juice, lime, and egg white
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with three dashes of Angostura on the foam
