Ingredients
- Oude genever60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Dry-shake oude genever, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
