Ingredients
- New make spirit45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth25 ml
- Apple/cider eau-de-vie7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup2.5 ml
Method
- Add new make spirit, rosso/sweet vermouth, apple/cider eau-de-vie, and rich simple syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
