Ingredients
- Mezcal45 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake mezcal, red bitter liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
