Ingredients
- Mezcal40 ml
- Passionfruit liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Passion fruit purée15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add mezcal, passionfruit liqueur, fresh lime juice, passion fruit purée, and rich simple syrup to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into coupe glass
