Ingredients
- Rosé Wine (frozen)5 oz
- Fresh Strawberries6 pieces
- Simple Syrup0.5 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice0.25 oz
- Strawberry1 piece
- Mint Sprig1 piece
Method
- Freeze rosé wine in ice tray overnight
- Add frozen rosé cubes, strawberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice to blender
- Blend until smooth slushie texture
- Pour into stemless wine glass
- Garnish with strawberry and mint
Pro Tips
- Use a sweet rosé (White Zinfandel, sweeter Provence) — dry rosés freeze to chalk.
- A splash of watermelon juice in the blend takes this over the top.
- Freeze in thin portions (ice cube tray is great) so it blends without overheating.
