Ingredients
- New make spirit50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- fresh Mint leaves10
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add new make spirit, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
