Ingredients
- Grand Marnier45 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add grand marnier, fresh orange juice, rich simple syrup, and whipping cream to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
