Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Raspberry liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
