- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
Method
- Add fresh raspberries, cognac (brandy), amaro (e.g. averna), fresh lime juice, and orgeat syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
