Ingredients
- Rosemary sprig1 sprig
- grind Black pepper2
- Cognac (brandy)60 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)20 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- Vanilla extract3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake grind black pepper, cognac (brandy), bénédictine d.o.m., fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), aromatic bitters, and vanilla extract in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with rosemary sprig
