Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)30 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Crème de cassis7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Champagne30 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), elderflower liqueur, crème de cassis, and fresh lemon juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Top with champagne
