Ingredients
- Cognac (brandy)45 ml
- Raspberry Purée20 ml
- Cinnamon syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Lemonade60 ml
Method
- Add cognac (brandy), raspberry purée, cinnamon syrup, and fresh lemon juice to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into collins glass
