Ingredients
- Calvados apple brandy40 ml
- Rhubarb liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Dry-shake calvados apple brandy, rhubarb liqueur, fresh lemon juice, vanilla sugar syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
