Ingredients
- Fino sherry90 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- fresh Egg yolk1
Method
- Dry-shake fino sherry, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and fresh egg yolk in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
